1. For 4 hrs, I physically helped my client move out of his home I closed today on the South Amboy, NJ waterfront. Hallelujah! I have an aching back thanks to generosity, but after a frew Advil I'll get over it. He is rehabilitating from an illness and his only family is in Canada, so I felt really bad for him.
**Thankfully, I was able to negotiate a price $10,000 higher than two comparable and separate homes on the same street have sold for within the past 90 days.
2. I just left the a staging session at one of my new listings. Things are really coming along, and I know the home will look beautiful once it's complete.
3. I am about to get on the road and drive to the Philadelphia, PA area to visit my mom for the holiday. My hubby will be driving up after he gets off duty.
Sooooooo....What are your three (3) "it was the night before Thanksgiving" ands...???
