Strategic Home Marketing & Money Saving Real Estate Negotiation by AMBER NOBLE-GARLAND, CDPE

TODAY I WAS FINALLY ON A ROLL BUT "AR" CAUGHT A FLAT TIRE...WHAT GIVES???

Today I was really on a roll! I hosted an open house at my wonderful $700K upgraded single family house in a beautiful waterfront community called Lighthouse Bay (South Amboy, NJ)...

I froze my bu** off, but I braved the extreme waterfront cold, and put my signs and regalia out on the neighboring streets to attract potential buyers and curious neighbors.

I had the cookies baking, the Christmas music playing and every light on in the home. The only thing missing was some actual foot-traffic. cookies

Finally around 1:30pm a neighbor stopped through for a tour. All-in-all I had a total of 4 people, despite the "open house" ads in the largest area newspaper and the 10 websites I posted it on.

Nevertheless, I pressed on. I figured I'd use my time wisely by multi-tasking as I awaited more prospects, so I decide to call a few past clients and update my AR blog.

I posted 3 blogs today...an all-time world record for me...lolol! However, my point count has not moved an inch. Not to mention, one of the blogs I posted is displaying really "funky" looking...I mean really garbled and disorganized looking.

Why me? Why today? On the one day I was really trying to be a "good girl"and follow my 10 Blog Commandments, and AR catches a flat tire...lol!

I'm sitting here scratching my head trying to figure out what the heck is going on. stick figure - scratching head

I am almost tempted to delete it since I'm really particular about formatting and presentation.

I'm concerned that if I delete it, then AR will deduct the points that I haven't even gotten yet for posting the blogs in the first place.

What gives??? Am I being punished for my prior blog transgressions?

S.O.S.!

Thanks,
